    A customer representative will contact you within 24 hours.
  • How can I track my order?
    You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
  • What do I do if I don't receive my order in 7-10 business days?
    Email us at support@seventyxsevenco.com. Please include your order number or receipt.
  • What if my order is a gift? I don't see a gift receipt option.
    Send us an email at support@seventyxsevenco.com and let us know, in the subject box, that your order is a gift. Include the name of the recipient and the message that you'd like to share with them, we will take care of the rest!
